The background to the Uffa canoes are well documented in the Uffa books but Tim Gittins&#8217; <a target=\"_blank\" href=\"http:\/\/www.intcanoe.org\/iclife\/history.html\">excellent historical archive<\/a> has all the relevant information.<\/p>\n<p align=\"center\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"300\" src=\"http:\/\/pegasus18.com\/images\/rannoch\/r0.jpg\" height=\"394\" \/><br \/>\nImage \u00a9 Ron Head<\/p>\n<p align=\"center\"><!--more--><\/p>\n<p><em>Rannoch<\/em> was featured in the January 1953 edition if <em>Light Craft <\/em>magazine. If anyone has a copy of this magazine I could borrow, please let me know.<\/p>\n<p align=\"center\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"300\" src=\"http:\/\/pegasus18.com\/images\/rannoch\/light%20craft1.jpg\" height=\"441\" \/><\/p>\n<p><em>Rannoch<\/em> was one of three International Canoes built by Uffa Fox in 1947.
